This was the very first multi-channel advertising campaign for the Chase Wealth Management business. First, it was important to dive deep into the consumer mindset to understand who they are and what they’d react to: this target is already on top of their finances and has a desire to continuously improve. To them, progress means confidence. With optimism, an element of surprise, and an emotional connection filled with swagger and fun, the awards came rolling in.
